Set on a private wooded acre just outside Gardiner, The Blue House is a colourful upstate stay 90 minutes from New York City.

Inside, the house is bright, comfortable and full of character, with art throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, open living spaces, a snooker table, a small home gym and three bedrooms for up to six guests. Outside, there is a seasonal saltwater pool, private hot tub, fire pit, deck and space to spend the day between the house and the trees.

The house is close to Gardiner’s many cafés, bakeries, farm stands and restaurants, with the Shawangunks, Mohonk Preserve, Wildflower Farms and some of the Hudson Valley’s best walks and scenic drives nearby.

Made for family weekends, friends’ getaways, summer swims, autumn hikes and slower days upstate.

Guests
The Blue House accommodates up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, together with a bright lower-level room containing an air mattress (please let us know in advance that this will be required). The lower level doubles as an additional lounge when not being used for sleeping.
